Privacy

What this site shows publicly, and what it never shows.

Public

  • Open roles and the company that posted them
  • Company pages the company chose to publish
  • Pay, only when the company published it
  • How a company hires: its steps and where AI is used

Never shown

  • Your private profile, name or contact details
  • National ID, date of birth or address
  • References or salary expectations
  • Your other applications, or that you applied anywhere

What companies see when you apply

The company you apply to sees your application: your profile as you sent it, your CV and your answers. It does not see your other applications. Onboarding details such as your ID and address move only if you choose to share them when you accept an offer.

How employers find you, in two stages

If you switch on “Let employers find me”, employers who are hiring can see a first name and last initial, your headline, seniority, city, top skills and your job titles with years. They do not see your name, past employers, projects or contact details. A company can invite you to apply for one named role. Only if you accept, or apply, does that company see your full profile.

Companies can open at most 60 profiles a day, and every open is logged. You can see which companies looked. Findable status lapses after 12 months unless you keep it visible.

Your choices

  • Switch visibility off at any time. Your profile goes private straight away.
  • Hide your profile from named companies, such as your current employer. This may not catch every case.
  • Download everything we hold about you, or delete your account.
  • Ask a company to delete your application.

How long we keep things

Your account and profile stay until you delete them; deletion completes within 14 days. A company keeps an application for the period it set in its own privacy notice, then it is erased. Audit records of who opened a profile are kept for security.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in, so there is no cookie banner.

Public marketplace pages are for discovery, and browsing them does not expose private profile details. Profile information is used to support saved jobs, applications, candidate discovery where you consented, and clearer hiring review. Application and review data stays tied to the hiring workflow it belongs to.
